Design, Fabrication and Measurement of Optical Thin Films
Introduction
ITRC offers the design, fabrication and measurement service of optical thin films. Based on the technology of ion-assisted deposition, ITRC established the multilayer coating system which consists of two electron-beam sources (10 kV), high vacuum cryo pump, and precise broadband optical controller (350 nm−1100 nm), and can perform the auto coating function for multi-layers.
Applications in Remote Sensing Instrument
- Apply majority silver mirror
- Product quality passed by adhesion test: ASTM 5B
- Average reflection of 98% in visible spectrum range
Laser Applications
- Produce all dielectric mirror with high reflectance
- Produce end pumping device for fiber laser
Thin Films Optical Filter
- Have excellent experience in producing antireflection coating, band-pass filter, edge filter, dichroic filter, color filter, cold mirror, heat mirror & CMOS image sensors
