Introduction
Founded in 1974, ITRC‘s optical shop has pioneered the development of precision optics in Taiwan. Through long-term experience and teamwork, we offer services not only in precision optics but also in its design, assembly, and testing.
Service
We manufacture a wide variety of applications of precision optics for academic research, specifically automatic optical inspection (AOI) system and remote-sensing imagers. We realize the concept and design for customers and provide service packages of consultation, design, manufacturing and inspection.
Manufacturing Technology & Quality Assurance
We utilize high-tech machines on surface generating, edging and centering to control the wedge and to maintain the optical axis of lens. We can grind and polish most optical materials such as glass and fused silica.
We inspect 100% of all optics. Test data such as the interferometric testing of surface irregularity are provided with prototype orders.
