Liquid Lens Module Inspector
Introduction
ITRC provides the the liquid lens module inspector to measure the liquid lens hysteresis phenomenon on-line. The curve radius and focal length of liquid lens can be altered by simply changing the driving voltage. This designed inspector evaluates the sharpness of sensor image with programmable applying different driving voltage to liquid lens. Two sets of image sharpness with the same driving voltage are recorded in the program at different time. Afterward, the inspecting program displays the relationship between image sharpness and driving voltage in graphs and calculates the maximum hysteresis value.
