Multifunctional Biochemical Detector
Introduction
ITRC provides the microfluidics system for multifunction biomedical detection, including microfluidics manipulation, electrode control system and chip fabrication. The novel microfluidic lab-on-a-chip systems for point-of-care enable users to perform “liquid handling on-demands.” The user can input the track of droplets movement and reaction time into the program, the then droplets will move and vigorously mix by the electric power instead of the conventional robot arms. ITRC applies the microfluidic systems in the measurements of triglycerides, cholesterols, HDL, LDL for the evaluation of cardiovascular diseases, as well as the assessment of kidney functions in the measurements of uric acid and creatinine.
These miniaturized medical devices enable people to obtain a reliable biochemical data from blood tests as a rapid diagnosis within 30 minutes at home.
