High-precision optical film evaporation system

In order to improve the quality of thin films in the extreme environment of aerospace, the optical coating and testing system for aerospace application has been developed. Optical thin films are deposited by using ion-assisted electron-beam evaporation technique, and the thickness of thin films is accurately controlled by the optical monitoring system. Thin films are verified in an aerospace-like environment to ensure quality in aerospace.
